Despite having more than 140 years of brewing history behind it, Wells & Co is comfortable moving with the times. Previously famous for brands like Bombardier and Eagle, in 2017 the family business took the decision to sell its large brewing operations to Marston's - signalling a move away from higher-volume national sales and a renewed focus on speciality ales. With the proceeds, the firm invested in Brewpoint - a state-of-the-art brewing facility in Bedford, with the flexibility to produce the styles of beer that discerning consumers are demanding today, and equipped with the technology and brewing expertise to guarantee consistently excellent beer.

Join brewery tour manager Tim Hickford and members of the Wells & Co team to hear more about the brewery's story and its future plans - and of course discover its exciting new range of cask ales, craft beers and lagers. All are welcome!
